Where are you located?

We have two offices. Our main office is at 7024 False River Rd in Oscar, and our Baton Rouge office is at 9800 Airline Hwy, Suite 239. One number reaches us at either one: (225) 610-5575.

What parishes do you serve?

We work across East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension, Livingston, Iberville, Pointe Coupee, and East Feliciana parishes. East Baton Rouge is where we do most of our work. If you're close to the edge of that map and you're not sure, call us and we'll tell you straight rather than waste your time.

Do you handle insurance claims for storm damage?

Yes, and it's what we were built on. We started in 1983 working insurance claims, and we're certified through Haag Engineering as hail and wind damage experts. That means we can get on your roof, document what the storm actually did, and walk your claim through the process with you. If you're not sure whether you have a claim worth filing, call us before you file.

Do you offer financing?

We do, through Foundation Finance. In most cases we can get you an answer in about ten minutes while you're on the phone with us, and funding comes through quickly after that. A roof rarely waits for a convenient time, so this is worth asking about when we talk.

I own a rental property here but live out of state. Can you help?

This is a good part of what we do. We'll go out to the property, give you an honest report on the actual condition of the roof, and send you documentation of what we find. If you decide to move forward, you don't have to fly in to babysit the job. The work gets finished, the site gets cleaned up, and you hear from us throughout.

Who actually installs the roof?

Our own qualified installers, and we're certified by CertainTeed and Atlas. We also run one job at a time on purpose. Some outfits around here push six or eight jobs a day, and quality is the first thing that slips when you do that. We'd rather do yours right and check it ourselves.
